Chicken stuffed
Dad suggested... and we did. Very tasty and simple dish... 2 in 1 (meat and vegetables). What you need for the New year: because I want to try everything, but not all, unfortunately, such a simple composition and feelings... in General, make up your mind! :-)

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

For starters, detachable gently the skin from chicken, leaving the whole wings and "hooves" have chicken legs, being careful not to damage the skin. Separate the meat from the bones and cut it into small pieces. As a result, the dish turns out very light. But for meat lovers - can be further cut into another chicken breast.

Blend into the skin the meat, toothpick cementing holes and openings (neck, "ass"). Spread in a casserole dish and send in a preheated 200*C oven for 50 minutes. Once the chicken is browned, remove it
