Carrot pudding
Tasty and healthy. Great dinner or Breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    2 cup

  • Semolina

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    3 cup

Cooking

Carrots grate on a fine grater.

Pour the milk, add the butter and sugar.

Simmer on high heat for 5-6 minutes.

Then add the semolina, beaten eggs and cottage cheese.

Mix everything until smooth.

The resulting mass is put in shape, brush with cream and bake until tender.
