While the pumpkin season. And I think not once again something else to do from this vegetable, as in the previous recipe for "Pumpkin bread" for which we will need pumpkin puree.

PUMPKIN cut into large pieces, wrap in foil and bake for 1 hour in an oven at t=180 C. In the pictures - already baked the pumpkin is cooled.

Beat with a blender. I put in a Cup of normal, and lay in foil. I got 7 servings. One went to the bread. The rest in the freezer until the next cooking new recipes.
