Cooking
Prepare tender biscuit. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Cover large baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with oil. Whisk the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Set aside. In the microwave heat the milk and butter, Add vanilla, cover and set aside.
With a mixer, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks, gradually adding 5 tablespoons of sugar. Set aside. Also whisk separately the egg yolks and remaining 5 tablespoons sugar until pale yellow. Use rubber spatula, combine the egg whites and yolks, gently stirring.
Sift the flour mixture over the egg mass. Stir gently using a spatula. Pour the dough warm milk and butter on the walls of the bowl. Mix gently. The dough pour into prepared pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until Golden brown. Immediately remove the parchment after baking. Cool cake on wire rack. While the cake cools, prepare the cream
Butter beat until white and gradually add condensed milk ( thin stream). Beat until creamy.
Now for the cream colors. Whisk all together in a blender on low power for a minute until a homogeneous mass. Then beat for at least another 5-10 minutes on medium-high speed. The cream should be almost white and its texture should be creamy.
Paper cut pattern ( as pictured) applied to the cake and cut three layers. Impregnate cream and put into the fridge for 30 minutes.
Get the cooled base and cut a bit of the sides and the top to form the shape of the clutch.
