Description

Orange jelly with cherries and jam
For preparing such a filler you can use any fruits and berries: strawberries, strawberries, raspberries, apricots, bananas, nectarines. Also for taste you can add sugar.

Ingredients

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Cherry

    1 handful

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Coconut shavings

  • Cream

    120 ml

  • Liqueur

    1 Tbsp

Cherries cut into halves (remove the seeds), add low-calorie cherry jam, stir

The orange clean (if possible ) from the skin and white films. Cut into small cubes, removing the seeds, put in a bowl, pour the liqueur

The remaining gelatin pour 2 tbsp of cold water, leave to swell, then to dissolve in a water bath. Cottage cheese whipped with cream (optional to add sugar, I did without sugar ) combine with gelatin, cottage cheese to put on top of orange jelly, sprinkled with coconut.
