Cooking

step-0
The recipe is extremely simple, but it doesn't taste good))). Apple cleaned, cut. Mix with lemon juice. Looking sourer - add lemon with pulp (I do).
step-1
Wash and chop the pear. It can be cut bigger as it cooks faster Apple. By the way, the skin can not be cleaned, but I purchase the fruit, so I get rid of it. Put the pear in the bowl with the apples.
step-2
Peel and mince the ginger. Squeeze into a bowl to fruit juice. If you don't like ginger don't put it.
step-3
Mix the prepared fruit with apricot jam TM D arbo and ginger juice. The juice from the fruit, ginger and jam when cooked, form a delicious syrup. As the jam will give the dessert an apricot hue in the taste. Fruit and jam from D'arbo, you can use any, but I like the compote bright colors, so this combination.
step-4
Spread fruit confiture the mixture into molds.
step-5
Grind in a coffee grinder oat flakes until coarse crumbs (literally a couple of seconds). Mix with a tablespoon of grape seed oil, like it))) but you can any.
step-6
Sprinkle with fruit, oats, oil chips. Chips need quite a bit, only to preporuciti. Bake in a preheated 190°C oven for 25 minutes. Very convenient to do this after cooking in the oven main course. The oven was already warmed up and while you are having dinner is cooked and slightly cooled dessert.
step-7
When eating, mix the lower layers of the dessert from the top : the bottom of the syrup, top with honey.
