Airy souffle of bananas and pineapple
Delicious, delicate and airy soufflé with fruits, cheese and jam. A souffle to please not only adults but also children. This is a great recipe to cook something airy and delicious without baking, surprise your loved ones even without having any special culinary skills.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Pineapple

    400 g

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Almonds

    50 g

Peeled bananas cut into pieces

And whisk until a homogeneous mass.
