Recently discovered in the freezer of frozen proteins and do not remember how many eggs.. decided to bake the easiest cupcake, and I was the grapes, I decided to use it. That's the result - really tasty!

Cooking
Mix the flour, starch and baking powder, sift.
Pre-melted and cooled butter, beat 200 g sugar and vanilla sugar until whitening.
Add flour mixture and mix well. Beat egg whites until foamy and then add 40 g of sugar, beat until resistant foam.
Add to the dough proteins ( preferably in three doses) and gently stir movements from the bottom up. You get smooth pastry.
Grapes wash, dry. I have it sorta "Kish-Mish", ie without bone, which is very convenient in baking...
It needs to be mixed with a small amount of flour to it then more evenly distributed in the muffin. Mix with the dough.
The form lay a parchment ( I have size 13 to 24 cm) and put the dough.
Bake in a preheated to 200 gr. the oven until cooked. I did it in 60 minutes. Then allow to cool in pan 5 minutes and then pull out of shape and cool on a wire rack.
Believe me, the cake turned out very tasty, moderately sweet and moist!
