Fans of pancakes with meat dedicated ))) insanely delicious cake which can be prepared with any filling ( though with a sweet filling, I've never met).

Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients that we need. Though there is no photo parsley and walnuts.
Let's start with the toppings. Fry the finely chopped onion and fry it in vegetable oil, even under cover. And add the mince. Under the lid, bring to readiness. Open the lid and evaporate the water. Add finely sliced parsley ( I didn't have fresh so I added dried). Fry for 1-2 minutes and pour our stuffing in a separate dish,
and in the same skillet 3 min. to fry 2-3 tbsp. finely crushed walnuts. And add to the stuffing.
Stuffing leave to cool, and do start to prepare filling. Mix 1 egg, half a Cup of yogurt, 70-80 gr. vegetable oil and half a glass of water. A little salt may be added. Fill do not regret, it is better if will be enough to finish yet.

I had had three layer of dough and every one of them a double, although the third I got a triple. I laid out two layers of dough and at the same time each layer of grease or pour fill
