Vegetable garlic bread with eggplant
Very airy and incredibly flavorful bread.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Oat flour

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    230 ml

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp
