Thai food
This is a dish I once tried being in the middle East in one Thai restaurant. All prepared in front of me, I'm so impressed by the dish that took the recipe yourself and then cook.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    300 g

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Pepper

  • Cabbage

  • Mushrooms

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Pepper, cabbage, carrot finely chop. Mushrooms I take the cuts, don't cut them(can be replaced with marinated mushrooms).

Cook the pasta.

The meat boiled and cut finely.

So, be sure the pan is deep, and better a wok pour oil, egg break there and begin to continuously stir to toast slices.

Add the meat.

Then add the peppers.

Then carrots.

Then the corn.

Add the mushrooms.

Then the cabbage.

Add the peppers, but a little.
