Raspberry scallops
Really wanted to have... Bought six escallops. The child did not eat the raspberries In the fridge... died soured milk... so are born open :)

Ingredients

  • Escalope

    6 piece

  • Raspberry

    1 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Mix in a blender the raspberries and sour milk. RUB the scallops with salt and pepper, put in a deep bowl.

Cover with the sauce

and leave for half an hour to marinate.

Put the scallops in the pan in a single layer, cover with the sauce.

Heated to maximum temperature, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
