Cannelloni with three kinds of meat and green peas
tender and juicy meat filling, which is filled cannelloni these in combination with green peas and Bechamel sauce... it's quite self-sufficient dish (side dish+hot in one bottle:)) you can add a bit of greens and cucumbers+tomatoes and dinner is ready

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Onion

  • Green peas

  • Greens

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Cannelloni

    18 piece

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onions, carrots, tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper to wash and clean. Wash the meat, dry, cut into slices. Wash the cilantro. All put in a food processor and chop into mincemeat.

Melt in a pan 1 tbsp butter, fry the minced meat. (until tender but not evaporating all the moisture) Remove from heat, add salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare Bechamel sauce: in a saucepan melt remaining butter, add flour and cook, stirring well, until the mixture becomes completely homogeneous. Gradually, continuing to stir, pour in the warm milk. Bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the nutmeg. Reduce the heat and boil the sauce for another 3-4 minutes (until sauce thickens).

Add in the mince and half the sauce and half the grated cheese. Mix

Put on the fire a wide pan, boil water in it. Cannelloni (tubes) to throw into the pot, boil for 3-4 minutes, remove and immediately dip in a bowl of cold water.

Spread them in equal portions the filling and immediately put in a baking pan.

Pour the remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven 240S 7 min PS Can be put in portions on a plate separate cannelloni (tubes). But no more like to cut the finished dish like lasagna. Bon appetit!
