Ginger-raspberry parfait

Ingredients

  • Jam

    0.75 cup

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Cream

    0.75 cup

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Vanilla essence

    0.75 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Cookies

    8 piece

Mix jam and lemon juice

With mixer blend sour cream, cream, sugar, vanilla, cardamom and ginger. Beat until peaks.

Ginger biscuits I bought. But it can be done yourself. Here is the recipe: 3/4 cups of margarine eggs with 1 Cup sugar.
