Kare with raspberries
Very tasty puffs generovani raspberries. Fragrant, juicy and, most importantly, that the filling does not leak. Quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Almonds

  • Raspberry

    250 g

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

Cooking

Thawed raspberries and the juice pour into the pan, add 3 tbsp water & 3 tbsp sugar. Cook the syrup

Add the raspberries on low heat ovarium until the liquid almost evaporates and add the starch. Mix up and switch off the stove

Divide thawed dough into squares, each square is rolled into a triangle and make cuts as in the photo (the dough does not roll out)

Unfold the triangles and fold as shown in photo

Lubricates puffs with egg yolk and spread raspberries, decorate with almonds and put in oven for 10 min.
