Open pie with ricotta and a mixture of black berries and red currants. Offer the option of open berry pie. The combination of the currants in sugar and delicate ricotta just can not leave indifferent fans of these berries. I recommend to try.

Ingredients

  • Ricotta

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Peach

    1 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black currants

    100 g

  • Red currants

    100 g
