Fish in breadcrumbs with cheese and lemon crust
Fish with a delicate lemon flavor!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    200 g

  • Juice

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon peel

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Bread crumbs

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Fillet cut into portion pieces (I cut too small :-( ).

Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

While the fish is marinating, in a small grater to grate the cheese and lemon zest.

Cheese with the zest and mix well.

Fish breaded in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.

Fried fish put in a baking pan, sprinkle each piece of cheese and lemon crumbs. And put into the oven for 5-7 minutes.
