Ribs wash, dry, cut into portions. Put the ribs on a baking sheet brushed with cold water film side up. And put in the oven for 15 minutes, heated to 210 gr. Then flip the ribs and bake for 25 minutes. Prepare frosting. Finely chop the ginger and garlic. Mix the honey with soy sauce, chopped herbs, salt(0.5 teaspoon),pepper(0,3 CL) and seasonings for meat(1 teaspoon). After the time to lubricate the ribs with glaze and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with a salad of fresh vegetables.
