Description
The tempura dishes are cooked in a special way in batter and deep fried. In Japanese cuisine tempura is traditionally made from vegetables, fish and seafood. I suggest to try the sweet tempura fruits. Highly recommend to try it from bananas.

Cooking
To prepare the products. Thoroughly wash the fruit. Strawberries to thaw. Mix wheat flour with rice bran in the ratio of 1:1 (you can only do wheat), add a teaspoon of starch and stir.

To prepare the sauce: drain the juice from the strawberries. In the juice to dissolve half a teaspoon of starch. Piece of ginger 1 cm, finely chop the petals and mix with the strawberries.
