Raspberry souffle
Very tasty and simple dessert.

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    300 g

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

Cooking

Gelatin cover with water and leave for 1 hour. Then gelatin, bring to a boil, but not boil. Cool.

Whisk the cream with sugar.

Raspberries grind in a blender. Mix together with the cream, add gelatin and mix.

Pour in bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours.
