Quick and delicious way of disposing of remnants of puff pastry

Cooking
The dough sheet greased with a thin layer of mustard
From top to grate the Parmesan/Gran or other hard salty cheese and sprinkle with rosemary
Turn the sheet of dough in half
Cut into thin strips (easy to do picaresco)
Before spread on a baking sheet (I have with the test was), a little twisted
You can just sprinkle with coarse salt
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until done
