Cooking
Take a piece of butter, grease the form well (better portable; the photographs form demerom 26 cm) and put the butter in the freezer. The oven to include at 200 °C.
Apples are cleaned from skin and core and grate on a coarse grater.
Half (or slightly more than half) of the breadcrumbs (better to make rye price) are evenly distributed along the bottom of the form. Crackers spread with layers of half the apples, half the sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Continue the same procedure with the remaining apples, sugar, cinnamon.
Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs (you can also add crushed walnuts) and grated butter from the freezer.
Put into the oven until Browning, about 25 minutes. Hot cake is very soft and brittle, so it is best not to remove it from the form immediately, but to wait for it to cool down and congeal.
