Pie stuffed with tomatoes
This is an original, delicious dish will decorate everyday and festive table!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Cheese

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Tomato

  • Mushrooms

  • Minced meat

  • Basil

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Butter

The number of products arbitrary, since it depends on the size of the mold used for baking, size of tomatoes, height of cake. Cheese RUB on a small grater. Softened butter or margarine mix flour, salt, add half the cheese and 1 egg. Knead the dough and leave in the cold for half an hour.

To prepare the stuffing for tomatoes in any chicken, cheese, cottage cheese. I have meat with mushrooms. Mushrooms finely cut and slightly fry, add the prepared ground meat and stew until tender, adding salt and spices to taste.

In a bowl, combine remaining cheese, eggs, cream, salt, chopped greens and Basil, pressed garlic (a couple cloves), spices as desired (I added a little rosemary).

Put the dough in the form (greased and lined with parchment is better), to flatten and pierce with a fork. Place the tomatoes cut up and pour the egg-cheese mixture. Optional top between tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake until tender.
