Cooking
To start, whisk the egg with condensed milk
Then add the coffee
To the resulting mass add the cheese and whisk thoroughly
Next add the banana and softened it
At the end add the flour and stir
Then pour the mixture into the form, I had silicone, but any suitable. Put in oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
I have a casserole a little cracked, but still very tasty with coffee bitterness and banana sweetness. I almost forgot to add that it is better to have chilled)
