I tried out my new "toy" - baking dish, which was described in my last diary http://www.povarenok.ru/blog/show/22920/?cid=2711791 Very satisfied! :) Turned out the cupcakes with a height of about 8 cm and 8 cm in diameter - a mini mud pies. Of course, bake this cake in any shape - round or brick. And you can bake in a square form, cover the cake with icing and cut it into cakes. In the photo set pranoti cake pan, instead of cherry vodka, you can use another fruit drink. I also want to say that the cupcake is baked WITHOUT OIL.
The first thing my peel carrots, grate on a fine grater. My lemon, remove the zest grater. Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice (by the way, if the lemon pre-put in hot water, juice will be squeezed more :) 1 tbsp of juice left for the glaze. Turn on the oven at 180*C. separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until whitening, add the zest and juice of lemon, cloves, cinnamon, cherry vodka, grated carrot. Mix well.
Add ground nuts (I have almonds and forest 1:1), the flour with the baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
Add the whipped whites and gently stir with a spoon, being careful not to crush the whites. The homogeneity test do not need to seek.
Spread the dough into shape, covered with baking paper or greased. I have my molds did not greased and are not obscured. Bake at 180*C for 50-60 minutes (if baked in one big form, after 20 minutes of baking the cake to cover with foil). The small forms I baked 25 minutes at 180*C.
