                        My family loves homemade cakes when bread aroma rushes through the house... And then to take a bite from the still warm bread with butter! It was pure bliss! Now I am in search of new and interesting recipes. Dutch bread - Tijgerbrood or "Tiger bread", it's not really the kind of bread. Rather, this description applies to a crispy topping up of bread, which crack when baking and crunches when eating! And the bread with a crispy crust has become a useful, added to the dough, a variety of cereals.

                            In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, yeast, salt, sugar. To dry mixture add warm milk and butter, knead the dough. You may need a little more flour, it all depends on the quality of flour.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            The Cup and the dough is oiled, cover with a towel. The bowl with the dough put in a warm place to rise. The dough should rise two times. Then from the dough to form bread or rolls, leave for proofing for 15-20 minutes in a warm place.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Meanwhile, make the filling - the toppings for the main test. In a separate bowl, mix the rice flour with yeast, salt, sugar. Then add warm water and oil, mix well. Add the water gradually, as the mixture should be the consistency of a thick cream. May need less water, depending on the quality of rice flour. Refilling leave in a warm place for 15 minutes to rise.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Then cover the pan or grate with baking paper. Spread bread/bun and pour them on top of the finished refilling.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Bake in a preheated oven at 180C: breads 40-50min., rolls 20-30 minutes. Baking time depends on the oven!                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            For kids you can from the dough to form animals. For example, we have a bug.
