Tried this pie and decided to share with you the recipe, because, painfully liked it. Sorry for not very good photos.

Cooking
Egg and cheese beat with a mixer, add the greens (I take fennel).
Add grated on a coarse grater cheese.
Cut cubes of hard cheese.
Mix everything.
Spread on a baking sheet puff pastry (dough I pierced with a fork to avoid bubbles; butter to grease the pan is NOT NECESSARY!!!) on the dough and pour the mixture.
Put in preheated oven our baking pan and bake 20-30 minutes at 180 ° C.
