Burke fish ( I had a little more than 1 kg Pollock). Cut off the head, remove the intestines. Cut the fins and tail, remove the scales. Be sure to remove the black film inside the abdomen below the fish aren't bitter.
step-1
Cut the fish into pieces.
step-2
That is the amount of fish I got.
step-3
Take a seasoning for fish - you can use any, I have this - "Set in the Crimean spices for fish".
step-4
In a bowl mix 0.5 teaspoon salt, 0.5 cups flour and 0.5 teaspoon of seasoning. In this mixture, coat our fish and fry in the pan.
step-5
Actually, the cooking time of this dish will depend on You from time to time frying fish, as the marinade is prepared very quickly. I fry the fish on low heat, approximately 20 minutes for each batch in the pan. With this many fish I got 3 portions, i.e., the fish I was frying hour. If You'll cook faster and the cooking time will be reduced.
step-6
While the fish is roasting, prepare the vegetables. The original recipe uses carrots 2 pieces But I particularly like in this dish is the carrots, so I'm doing more - 4pcs. and 2 bulbs.
step-7
Carrots and onions cut into cubes.
step-8
Carrots sauté for 7 tbsp of sunflower oil until soft.
step-9
Sauté the onion separate from the carrots 6 tbsp of sunflower oil.
step-10
Prepare the marinade. To do this in a pot, put the browned carrots and onions. Add 6 tbsp tomato paste ( I use "Your cook" or "Kuhmaster"), 1 tsp salt, 3 tsp sugar, 5 tbsp sunflower oil and 1 Cup of water. Cook on slow fire for 10-15 minutes after boiling.
