Cooking
So, first of all prepare the short pastry: mix two kinds of flour with baking powder and butter (or margarine) and RUB the whole mass into crumbs with your fingers. Butter (or margarine) should be soft, but not melted. Add 1 egg and knead well. After water was added, but not all at once, and in 1st.l and knead elastic dough. Remove dough, roll out and put into a form (I had a form with a diameter of 24 cm), greased, with the edges of the dough to raise and do side. Put in oven at t 180* and bake until tender. The dough should be lightly browned and the middle is grilled. I was baked for about an hour (each oven this time will be different).
