Chocolate-cherry pie
Tasty cherry pie with chocolate notes)

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    400 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

in a bowl put the colander, put it in the cherry and defrost. when the berries will be unfrozen, they'll drain the juice! - pour it into a glass and add hot water. just cherry water should be 250 ml Flour, baking powder and cocoa mix and sift through a sieve.

In another bowl, pour the cherry water, honey and stir to dissolve the honey.

Add the vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and mix before sugar is dissolved.

...and thoroughly mix until smooth.

...and again mix everything!

pour in the form (greased or covered with paper) and bake for 40-50 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees. ovens are all different, so the baking time may be more or less, of course)
