Cooking
Why buckwheat can be prepared so quickly? All I'm just using unground buckwheat from TM Mistral. Cereal is poured into a suitable container with a volume of 1 l, lightly washed, filled with filtered water and put into the fridge. After a couple of hours, the buckwheat absorbs all the water and stays fresh for several days. If You plan to cook in a few hours, leave the jar of soaked buckwheat just in the kitchen.
Clean the onion. Luke not much happens, what can be said about the tears... Cut the bacon from the brisket to the desired slices. I have a brisket with a high content of meat. And the slices are pretty big.
Heat the pan and lay out slices of bacon. Lightly fry.
Cut the onion into feathers and add to the bacon. Lightly fry stirring constantly.
Add the cognac. Evaporate, stirring occasionally. Add the rice vinegar. Evaporate, stirring occasionally. In the end add the rose hip syrup, stir.
Stir. Add salt to taste, given the saltiness of the bacon and sprinkle the top ground black pepper to taste. Preporacuvam fire on low, cover with a lid and stew for 5 minutes.
Here is our flavorful, slightly spicy crispy onions, and toasted bacon buckwheat ready!!! Calling all to the table!!! Bon appetit!!!
