Corn bread
Without yeast. Prepares instantly. Very crumbly, but the taste of corn. Eat, preferably with some kind of sauce or jam, because , in my opinion, by itself it is bland neutral.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Corn flour

    75 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Butter (margarine) melt in the milk in a separate bowl pour both types of flour, salt, sugar, baking powder.

Pour the milk-oil mixture into the flour, add the egg. Knead the dough. It is soft, dont stick, very pleasant to work with.

Flatten the dough into a loaf and bake at 200 deg. 20-30 minutes (sample on dry splinter).
