Diet muffins with carrots and Apple
Sometimes a burst of energy and imagination, and itching to cook something. I love to bake something delicious for Breakfast. Especially for her husband, because she whole life on a diet :), well, that came up with this to also make it possible to eat and to spare, ate:-)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Cards

    50 g

  • Forest nuts

    50 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Peel the carrot and chop it in a blender with the hazelnuts and dates.

Apple peel and finely chop (not the three that didn't give juice). Put all into a saucepan, add the honey, sugar and put on fire.

Boil a little honey to the apples and carrots softened.

Then cool slightly and add sour cream.

Will beat into a soft mousse of egg and pour them into the mixture.

Add flour and make dough. It should be of medium consistency. Not a liquid, but not much.

Molds put some butter and fill the dough. Muffins will not rise much, so you can fill to the brim.

Cook for 20 minutes at a temperature of 210 degrees. Pierce with a splinter to check on availability, but experience say that even at full readiness, the splinter will come out slightly wet because of the apples.

Allow to cool completely. Then pull from the molds. Serve with tea or with milk. Terribly delicious! And useful!! :-)
