Cooking

step-0
A very simple set of products, greens, eggplant wash, without peeling it (young eggplants are not bitter!)
step-1
Fry, stirring, eggplant (1.5 x 1.5 cm approx) in olive oil, on the fire above average to smell and light Golden brown
step-2
Almost at the end (see on ready) add salt and soy sauce. I have long been in the kitchen only TM "Kikkoman", as it's moderately salty and has a pleasant taste
step-3
While the eggplant are roasted, we will cut greens smaller
step-4
Cheese I cut small cubes, garlic crushed with a knife as possible. Garlic can take more to Your taste
step-5
Ready and podostyvshimi eggplant (not hot, otherwise the egg will curdle!), punched blender
step-6
Mix all ingredients + rice crackers, taste for salt, and if you want to add more soy sauce, I personally do not abuse, maybe like a measure of salt
step-7
Give mass to stand for five minutes to let the breadcrumbs swell. You can use a smaller number than I have stated, as long as the patties don't break apart when modeling. The amount of one burgers-tablespoon with slide. Crumble in the crackers (there's how many will take) and form patties
step-8
Fry on both sides in olive oil. Can be baked in the oven until Golden brown (as, of course, dietine)
step-9
Bon appetit!!! Cook with pleasure!
