Very quick to prepare and have a pleasant delicate taste.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Boil potatoes and grate on a coarse grater.

To the potatoes add the starch, oil, egg. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

On a baking sheet to lay out the cutlets and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. At first I put the normal mode and for 20 minutes, then baking mode and 5 minutes.

Ready kartoflyanki you can sprinkle fresh herbs and serve with sour cream.
