Mackerel baked with potatoes in cream sauce
Mackerel is my favorite fish! Cook it very often different recipes. This recipe I had two others that I Sociala cream sauce, and it turned out very tasty!!! This dish is not ashamed to entertain guests, and when there is simply no imagination "what to cook?" this dish will delight the eyes, stomach and, of course, her husband ))..

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    2 tsp

  • Fennel seeds

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    10 Tbsp

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

Peel the potatoes, rinse. Cut in half, or thick plates, if it is large.

In a pan pour oil, add cumin, sesame and fennel seeds (if any spices not - scary). Protolith to the pan with the contents.

Put the potatoes in the spices. Fry on high heat without closing the lid!!! To fry until a beautiful brown it for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Roasted potatoes put in a form greased with oil. Now sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the sauce: sour cream mixed with salt and pepper. If the cream is too thick, add a little milk.

Place in oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.

To remove the dish and sprinkle it grated on a small grater, cheese. Send in the oven for 3 minute so that the cheese melted.
