Cheesecake with peaches and pineapple
The desserts are delicate, melting in your mouth a lot, but in our family loved this option. The recipe is not complicated, requires no baking, and the combination of creamy cheese flavor with fruity notes leaves no one indifferent.

  • Orange

  • Peach

  • Pineapple

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Orange juice

    250 ml

  • Cheese

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Gelatin

    40 g

  • Vanilla

    10 g

Chocolate chip cookies grind using a blender. Melt butter and mix with cookies. Mix thoroughly. The resulting mass is put in sliding the baking dish, and stamps.

At the edge of the shape (the cookies) spread half of the pineapple rings.

Mix the cream with the sugar, whisk until thick. The density should be such that turning of the container the cream needs to stay in it. To add soft cream cheese, the juice of one orange, peaches (3-4 halves), vanilla and beat again.

Prepare gelatin. Gelatin, 20 grams, in two containers soak in cold boiled water to swell (about 30 minutes), then heated in a water bath, stirring until dissolved, without boiling. One part of gelatin mixed with cream, the second part of orange juice. Whipped cream-curd mixture is added to a form on a layer of biscuits, and placed for 45 minutes in the refrigerator. Further, the cured mixture pour orange juice mixed with gelatin and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

Remove the sliding form, decorate cheesecake with peaches and pineapple rings.
