I have not pronounced. No sorry! as the bread was very tasty and simple to prepare. One recipe I passed on because of the large number of products, respectively, and the output is large... I prefer all the time fresh bread! The second recipe - on the contrary! - because of the microscopic measures such as: 0.8 g salt, 2.3 g of oil, 2.4 g of yeast... though I Have scales and even electronic (still not pharmacy!), I knew that they did not measure! The third recipe seems to fit, one didn't like: the recipe was the egg... I struck him. Sourdough recommended some very special, but I to the spot, took his, and activated in the evening, feed it with flour and "live" yogurt.
