Yeast rolls with spicy cheese
These bagels - my party trick for guests. Always was eating for both cheeks. If you take into consideration that the dough can be prepared ahead of time, and as needed to get it out of the fridge, so it's quite a quick dish. A great snack to beer, wine or just to easy vegetable salad or soup.

  • Sesame

  • Yeast

From yeast, sugar, salt, milk, flour, margarine and one egg and knead the dough. Allow to rise or refrigerate, if needed later.
