Candy
Candy taste very similar to butterscotch with a distinct creamy note and a hint of honey.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

Silicone molds to grease with a brush a small amount of vegetable oil.

In a non-stick pan add sugar.

Add the milk and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add honey, stir and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the butter and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

In a small bowl mix cocoa with a small amount of the mixture taken from the pan.

Add the mixture to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Put in molds, let cool and send in a cool place.
