Dumplings Venetian
Dumplings cooked in Italian - great hot, hearty, meatless meals. If you add a little more sugar, you get a nice dessert.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    60 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.333 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.333 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

Ingredients required to prepare the dumplings at the Venetian.

From the sifted wheat flour and water at room temperature to prepare a dough as for dumplings.

Of dough to make a thick flagellum a little more than a finger and cut them into washers. Pour the flour, drop into boiling water and cook until tender. No salt no dough, no water, because salt is in soy sauce.

Walnuts should be washed, dried, crushed or ground in a blender. Add ground cinnamon and nutmeg.

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman" sweet. If the sauce is savoury, add a pinch of sugar. Mix thoroughly.

Add oil (2 tbsp). Stir again. If the mass has not acquired a thick pasty consistency, then add a few tablespoons of the water in which boiled dumplings.

Breadcrumbs and fry in sunflower oil (2 tbsp).

The dumplings put on a plate, sprinkle peanut butter. Mix well.

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and serve.
