Cooking
Prepare the flour, cheese, milk, room temperature, eggs, olive oil, yeast, salt, pepper, cumin and parsley. I usually take a little more Basil than the rest of the herbs.
Sift the flour and yeast through a sieve. Follow the recommendations on the package of yeast. I have packaging designed for a kilo of flour, so I took only part of the yeast from the sachet. There are packing less.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and milk.
Still whisking, add the olive oil.
Add flour, freshly ground black pepper, mix well. Then add the cumin, diced feta.
There also add chopped fresh herbs (I'm tearing up the greens with your hands). Careful not to crush the cheese and mix the dough.
Spoon the batter into the form lined with baking paper. I still lightly grease the paper with butter.
Sprinkle with grated on a coarse grater cheese.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
