Pear pie in
Sweet filling just melts in your mouth. And the hand reaches for another slice.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Starch

    2 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Juice

    0.5 cup

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Cherry

    100 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

Cooking

Sprinkle the flour heaped in a bowl in the middle put the egg, sugar and melted butter.

Knead the dough and roll it into a ball. Wrap it in foil and put in refrigerator for 30 min.

Remove the dough, roll out and place on the bottom of the form. Pierce the dough with a fork in several places, and in the preheated oven 20 min.

For the filling - stir to dissolve the starch in cold milk, add sugar and egg yolks. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until thick. Pour in orange juice and boil a few minutes. Spread the cream on the cake.

Pear cut into slices. Spread on top of cream of pear and cherry. And put again 15 minutes in the oven.

With a mixer, beat whites with sugar until stable peaks. Neatly spread the proteins on the pear and put another 5-7 minutes in the oven until Browning proteins.
