Potatoes my, pack in foil and bake it in the oven (or grill) at a temperature of 220 degrees for an hour (for medium tubers).
While the potatoes are resting in the oven, prepare sauce. In a blender put herring, onion, garlic, sour cream and cottage cheese, and beat for one minute. You're done! When arrives a potato, cut it hot and put in the center of the sauce, decorate with greens! Bon appetit, dear cooks!
