Easter chocolate
Usually at home Easter is placed in a special form, where the embossed symbols of the Orthodox cross and the letters XB (Christ is risen), but you can do without it. Instead of traditional sugar, we took two kinds of chocolate: bitter and dark. In this recipe I decided to do without eggs.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Dark chocolate

    240 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vodka

    20 ml

Cooking

Chocolate mix, melt in a water bath together with butter.

Should get here such a homogeneous mass.

The cream put in a container for mixing.

To connect pureed through a sieve or colander cheese, melted chocolate, cream, add vodka.

Mix everything in a blender or just whisk.

At the bottom of the colander to stack made from the material at hand cross (or the letter x).

Build a colander with several layers of cheesecloth.

Spread mixture cheesecloth, cover and saucer, weighted and put in the fridge for two or three days.
