Cooking
Beat the egg with the sugar until lush white mass.
Add sour cream and butter (or margarine). Mix well.
Add the BlackBerry jam (can be more).
Add the flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.
Put the dough in the form (if not silicone grease). Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 25-35 minutes.
The finished cake to cool, pour glaze. For the glaze - melt the chocolate with 1tbsp. L. milk. Decorate as desired. Bon appetit!
