Cooking
Dry lavender flowers, crushed in a mortar, combine the sugar and lemon zest. To introduce this mixture into the flour (wheat and rice).
Mash the butter (slightly softened, so you can knead by hand) the dry mixture to form a crumb. Add to the batter the melted chocolate, and lightly cooled, so you can knead with your hands. I took bitter 70% chocolate. The author of the recipe says you can use any.
Put the dough but foil. To form a sausage. The author of the recipe advises to send our sausage in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Very convenient to prepare the dough at night to bake in the morning. My time was short. I put the dough for 40 minutes in the freezer. This time was enough.
Then a warm knife to cut the sausage into slices of width up to 1.5 cm. Spread out the slices on the baking sheet, the laid parchment paper at some distance from each other, as they change slightly in size. Send a baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 C. Bake for around 20 min. Leave biscuits to cool on the baking sheet.
Dip each cookie in melted chocolate and decorate with lavender. Enjoy your tea!
