Under a thin and crispy layer of white chocolate hides a surprise-a delicate truffle filling with the addition of pumpkin puree, spiced with blend of spices for pumpkin pie.

Ingredients

Prepare pumpkin puree: warm up the oven t 180 degrees. Slices of pumpkin put skin down in a baking dish, covered with baking paper. Close the form foil and bake in preheated oven for one hour or until soft pumpkin.

Let the pumpkin cool slightly, remove peel and puree them in a blender to smooth puree.

Next you need to get rid of excess moisture in the puree. For this puree recline on a sieve lined with several layers of cheesecloth and leave in this condition for 1-2 hours. During this time, puree has cooled completely and will be much denser. From this mass and take 280 grams of puree. The remaining puree I put in the silicone molds for muffins and froze.

Truffle ground cover with film and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

From ready-made pumpkin-truffle-mass sculpt balls-candy. I made balls weighing 15-17 grams. Future put the candy on the baking tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for another couple of hours.
