Cantonese rice
My boys love rice in any form. And that they especially liked. Me especially, as it is also very simple and quickly prepared!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    6 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

For this recipe we will need 1 Cup of basmati rice from TM Mistral.

Rice, rinse and boil until tender. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, cover and set aside.

Meat, I got pork neck, cut into small pieces.

Scrape the carrots and cut into sticks.

Onions clear and finely chop. The cherry tomatoes cut into quarters.

In a heated pan pour 2 tbsp oil, then add pork and fry for 8-9 minutes, not forgetting to interfere.

Pass the meat in a bowl. In a pan, place the cherry tomatoes and fry them for about 2-3 minutes, gently stirring them. To put it in a bowl.

Pour into the pan the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil and add carrots and onion and cook about 8-10 minutes, not forgetting to stir.

In prepared carrots and onions add rice, meat and tomatoes, pour the remaining soy sauce and pepper and mix gently, heat the rice on medium heat for about 3 minutes.
