Cooking
Boil the rice until soft. So rice is not seethe, cover the pan with a lid. Add salt during cooking. And be sure to rinse the rice with cold water.
Homemade minced meat (pork+beef) salt, pepper, add a mixture of Provencal herbs and egg. Stir until smooth and knead the meat like dough.
Mix rice with prepared stuffing.
